Orpa, a studious Papuan girl destined for an arranged marriage, rebels against her fate and escapes one night to pursue her dream of attending school in Wamena, where she hopes to study Papuan plants' medicinal properties. Along the way, she encounters Ryan, an aspiring musician from Jakarta, and agrees to accompany him to Wamena. As they navigate challenges, a deep friendship blossoms between the unlikely duo, sharing their perspectives on life. Their journey becomes perilous as they are pursued not only by Orpa's father but also by villages accusing Ryan of murder.

Theo Rumansara
Theo Rumansara, born in Biak, Papua, the easternmost province of Indonesia, hails from a predominantly Melanesian region. Transitioning from an IT programmer to a rapper-filmmaker, he co-founded the local rap group Waena's Finest, becoming a pioneer in Papua's Hip Hop scene. With three mixtapes under his belt, his standout track "Suara Hati Part 2" garnered over 1 million views on YouTube, marking his significant impact in the music industry.
