An adaptation of Kao Yi-feng's short story of the same title, where a green scarab beetle named "Vitamin" transformed into human form. Vitamin covertly enters people's apartments, observing and imitating human behaviour. However, Vitamin struggles to comprehend human complexities, leading to encounters of doubt, conflict, and despair. Employing a magical yet realistic style, the film vividly portrays apartment stories, using anthropomorphic techniques to reflect the protagonist's observations.

Yu-lin Chung
Chung Yu-lin, a graduate of the Department of Film at Shih Hsin University, furthered his education by earning an MA in Filmmaking from London Film School. His debut works, including the short film "The Angler", were showcased at the Taipei Film Festival in 2019.
